Bio
After many years training in the martial
arts, Sensei Paul is has re-visited and analysed
all that he has learnt from various styles of
martial art. The aim of this was to develop a
range of quick response, minimum effort, maximum
effect techniques utilising modern forms of
Kempo and Ju-Jitsu together with some
devastating application of nerve and pressure
point striking and manipulation.
Serious training started in 1977 with Master Bob Rose of Ed Parker's Kenpo Karate. Paul was involved in Kenpo Karate in the early days and indeed was among the first students in the UK when Kenpo was just being introduced to the UK. Paul has had a long, and he believes fruitful time in martial arts and has trained with and graded under some of the best instructors around including Grand Master Ed Parker, Master Bob Rose, Mr Rainer Shultze, Mr Rick Hughes, Sensei Terry Coughtrey, Sensei Malcolm Keith and Master Russell Stukley and Jo Biggs.
