Winning isn't about the size of the
trophy, its about what the medal
represents. The highest accolade is
the Olympics and winning is
represented by a medal,
S Factor success is not by accident,
we take our competitions very
seriously and strive to develop the
best competitive events in the
world. We have meetings to allow
officials, competitors and promoters
to input their views and concerns.
Ultimately generating a competition
that encourages a good
controlled performance and minimal
contact levels. |

Umpires Courses
Professional training
is very important and simply
attending a umpires course doesn't
make you a good referee. Qualified
Umpires will train to learn the
rules, use the equipment and use
their skills to provide a fair
assessment of the competitors. When
the Umpires Course is complete a
certificate is issued stating that
the individual knows the rules of
that section and is a club Umpires
Cert.
National Referees Certification.
Within the Umpires Course provision
is made for you to attend major
competition events so you can for
fill the requirements and number of
refereed bouts to attain your
National Referees Certification -

International Referees Certification
This is the highest and most
professional umpires award. Once
again it has set criteria where
after you have worked through club
and national requirements you
continue on to acquiring the targets
to qualify as an international
umpire. All Umpires
Certification needs to be maintained
by refereeing at a major event
within a 12 month cycle. |
